Compact SLEEP-PODS to provide comfortable on-site accommodation for exhausted staff during COVID-19 Crisis

FORMstudio have just been approached by a major London Hospital, interested in purchasing its innovative Sleep-Pod product to provide compact, comfortable and secure private overnight accommodation for its overworked and exhausted staff during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Originally developed for night shelters for the homeless and to provide an emergency solution for the mass accommodation of populations displaced in disaster situations, the flat-pack pods provide a simple comfortable secure personal environment that can be assembled quickly inside an existing internal serviced space – whether that be a sports hall or, at a smaller scale, a temporarily repurposed room in a hospital or Care Home.
