Work starts on site on refurbishment & extension of grade II Listed apartment block

Work has just started on site on the refurbishment and extension of a grade II Listed end-of-terrace, mid-19th Century classically-designed building in Pimlico. The work includes the removal of the existing mansard roof, adding another floor level under a new, raised mansard, the complete strip out and re-design of the basement, 2nd and 3rd floor flats and the creation of a new duplex flat at 4th & 5th floors.
