FORMstudio was commissioned to convert this traditionally-styled former vicarage and community centre built in the 1980s into a 21st century family home.

A total reconfiguration of the building, including an extension and raised terrace to the rear, now provides spacious balanced accommodation with the principle living areas located on the first floor to take advantage of the spectacular river views. The original front entrance maintains pedestrian access from the river walk, whilst a new ‘family entrance’ accessible through the rear garden from the car parking area, provides direct access into the first floor kitchen.
